Recently, AutoArk, a startup building a next-generation AIOS for hardware, has successfully closed two Pre-Series A funding rounds. The rounds were backed by Shokz, a world-renowned wearable device brand, alongside Guoruiyuan Private Equity Fund, Everpine Capital and Shanghai Angel Group. Over the past year, the company has raised four funding rounds in quick succession, with total proceeds reaching several hundred million RMB. It is reported that the funds from these two rounds will be mainly allocated to the continuous R&D of core capabilities for its proprietary AIOS (EVA OS), product matrix iteration, developer ecosystem construction and the advancement of commercialization initiatives.
CEC Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to AutoArk for these two funding rounds.
Dr. Zeng Xiaodong, Founder of AutoArk, once led the research and development of Alibaba's first machine translation system, co-founded the Ant Group Technology Laboratory, and drove the implementation of projects including "unmanned supermarkets", "facial recognition payment" and IoT hardware. Joe Qiao, Co-founder, previously worked at ByteDance and has more than a decade of experience in internet product development and management. AutoArk's core team hails from leading enterprises such as ByteDance, Alibaba, Google and Tesla, covering the entire spectrum of AI, hardware, product development, design and commercialization. The team has built full-stack capabilities spanning from underlying technologies to end-terminal application scenarios.
