Yunsilicon Secures Another Hundred Million RMB in Funding, with CEC Capital as Exclusive Financial Advisor

Yunsilicon announced the acquisition of another hundred million RMB in investment. This round was led by Lightspeed China Partners, with strategic investment from MorethanMoore, a subsidiary fund under the National IC Industry Investment Fund, and participation from Sky9 Capital and existing shareholder IDG Capital.

CEC Capital Group acted as the financial advisor for Yunsilicon in this transaction.

Yunsilicon is a high-tech innovation enterprise dedicated to the research and technological innovation of cloud data center network chip products. Following the completion of a significant angel round investment last October, the company has once again gained support and recognition from heavyweight investment institutions.
