Xingshulin Completes Series C Financing, CEC Capital Served as Exclusive Financial Advisor

Xingshulin, a leading mobile app focused on providing data and management tools to physicians across the country, announced today that it had completed Series C financing.   Tiancheng Industry, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the A-shared listed Joincare led this round, with participation from Kaiwu Capital.
CEC Capital (formerly China eCapital) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Xingshulin in this transaction.
