Bluesail Medical (002382.SZ) Divests Emergency Care Business Unit, with CEC Capital Acting as Sole Financial Advisor

On August 17, Bluesail Medical Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002382.SZ) announced the progress of its divestment of a 100% equity interest in Wuhan Bikaier Rescue Products Co., Ltd. ,its emergency care business unit, to Wuhan Easy Diagnosis Biomedicine Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002932.SZ). Both the buyer and seller are listed companies on the A-share market.

The transaction constitutes a major asset restructuring for Easy Diagnosis. Easy Diagnosis issued a preliminary announcement regarding the proposed major asset restructuring on December 31, 2025. The transaction was reviewed and approved by the board of directors on July 31, 2026, and subsequently approved by shareholders on August 13, 2026. As of now, the transaction has completed the necessary review and approval procedures and has officially entered the closing phase. Upon closing of the transaction, Bikaier will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Easy Diagnosis.

CEC Capital acted as the sole financial advisor to Bluesail Medical in this transaction, providing seller-side financial advisory services, including buyer selection and transaction structure design.
